Nia Class on the Beach: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9-10 a.m head to Siesta’s Public Beach and the yellow lifeguard stand (in front of the pavilion). Enjoy a full body work-out with Nia; an exercise routine for body/mind connection with barefoot dance and martial arts set to soul searching music.
